Altitude Fund I employs a strategy of acquiring undervalued, off-market properties, enhancing their value, and utilizing various exit strategies such as refinancing or selling. This approach ensures steady monthly income for our investors and minimizes risk.

Altitude Fund I is open to Accredited Investors as defined by the SEC. Investors must meet certain income or net worth thresholds to qualify.

The minimum investment for Altitude Fund I is $25,000 for Class B shares, offering a 12% annual return, paid monthly, with a 24-month lock-up period. Class C shares require a $25,000 minimum investment, offering an 8% annual return, paid monthly, with a 12-month lock-up period.

Altitude Fund I focuses on acquiring undervalued properties across residential and commercial real estate sectors. Our goal is to identify assets with significant upside potential through strategic improvements and value optimization.

 

Altitude Fund I offers a 12% annual return for Class B investors and an 8% annual return for Class C investors. These returns are paid monthly, providing a reliable and consistent income stream.

Investor payouts are managed through monthly interest payments. Distributions begin 60-90 days after the initial investment is made, providing a steady and predictable income for our investors.

Altitude Fund I ensures transparency through regular updates and detailed reporting. Investors have access to an online portal where they can monitor their investments, review performance, and receive timely updates on portfolio activities.
