Enhanced Shares.

Class A Enhanced Shares are now available for a select period during this offering. With a minimum investment of $500,000, these shares offer preferential profit distribution, allowing investors to benefit from a favorable 65% LP / 35% GP split. In contrast, our Class B Shares, with a $50,000 minimum investment, offer a 60% LP / 40% GP split. The availability of Class A Enhanced Shares is limited and will be allocated to investors on a first-come, first-funded basis.

We offer a 6% preferred return for Class A investors, paid monthly. Our goal is to return 100% of our investors' principal within 5 years or less, allowing them to continue benefiting from the portfolio’s growth without further capital commitment.
